One brain, your context, only your tools

Holdstack is a common base with products on top. The base knows how your company works; every product uses it.

One fact, with its source

How the brain works

  1. In.

You forward to Holdstack the emails someone retypes by hand today.

  2. Sorted.

Each document is classified: order, invoice, complaint, other.

  3. Extracted with its source.

Every fact carries the exact sentence it comes from. If a figure doesn't match the original, it stays out.

  4. Proposed.

The system prepares the action and waits for a person.

PlannedThis is the design. Today it reads no email: it is planned. At first only what you forward comes in; never your whole mailbox without your permission.

How we're building it

  • An instruction written in an email is data, not a command. The AI doesn't act: it returns data that the code checks.
  • Each company's data will be kept separate and encrypted with its own key.
  • You'll be able to ask for your data and take it with youin open files (CSV).

PlannedThese are design rules for something planned; we'll describe them in detail once they're running.
